About this Agreement

  • The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Mr & Mrs
    Cloud Pty Ltd (ABN 77 613 464 136) (“Mr & Mrs Cloud”) for the provision of your course
    (“Agreement”).

Accepting this Agreement

  • You will have accepted this Agreement by making any payment to Mr & Mrs Cloud or one
    of its partners in respect of a course.
  • The date you accept this Agreement is the Agreement Date.
  • A copy of this Agreement is provided on the Mr & Mrs Cloud website.
  • Mr & Mrs Cloud reserves the right to update it at any given time by making the revised
    version available on the Mr & Mrs Cloud website as well as within the Online Learning
    System. This could involve any form of communication used by Mr & Mrs Cloud.
  • Mr & Mrs Cloud reserves the right to modify and change any of its course content at its
    sole discretion.

Your Obligations

  • By accepting this Agreement, you agree to:
    • Comply with the Code of Professional Conduct as published on the Mr & Mrs
      Cloud website.
    • Pay all requisite fees associated with your course plus GST, if applicable (“Course
      Fee”) and those fees identified in the Schedule of Administrative Fees as
      published on the Mr & Mrs Cloud website.
    • Inform Mr & Mrs Cloud in writing within seven (7) days of any changes to your
      personal details including name, residential or postal address, email address,
      phone number or banking details.
    • Maintain a current email address for the duration of your course and you
      acknowledge that Mr & Mrs Cloud will officially communicate with you via email
      and through the online learning system.
    • Save copies of your submission files to your own storage device or cloud server
      prior to the expiry of your access to the Online Learning System.
    • Inform Mr & Mrs Cloud of any changes to your intended commencement of
      studies within 7 days of the Agreement Date.
  • You acknowledge that you:
    • Are 18 years or older.
    • Are fluent in both written and oral English.
    • Possess basic computer skills.
  • You acknowledge that:
    • You will require access to a computer with broadband internet and specific
      software (as specified for the course) for the duration of the course and at your
      own expense.
    • Additional or supplementary learning materials may only be available through the
      Mr & Mrs Cloud Online Learning System.
    •  You must complete your course within the course duration as specified on the Mr
      & Mrs Cloud website.

Mr & Mrs Cloud’s Obligations

  • For the duration of your course, Mr & Mrs Cloud agrees to provide you with:
    • Course materials for your course
    • Access to the Online Learning System.
    • Learning and administrative support, as specified in your course.
    • Access to the Career guidance Program(Shine me & Polish me), if specified in your
      course.
    • Feedback on your work submitted to Mr & Mrs Cloud, if specified in your course.
    • Access to Mr & Mrs Cloud industry events, if applicable.
  • On successful completion of all requirements of the course and the full payment of the Course Fee, Mr & Mrs Cloud will issue you with a Certificate of Completion, along with a unique identifier code.
  • Mr & Mrs Cloud provides you with access to the Online Learning System for the following
    periods following the completion of your course:
    • Job ready Program with Internship – 6 months
    • Skill up courses – 3 months

Paying Your Course Fees

  • Mr. & Mrs. Cloud understands that flexibility in payments is important to students. Choose the method that suits you best:
    • Upfront Advantage (UA):Pay the full course fee in one payment directly to Mr. & Mrs. Cloud and receive a $100 discount!
    • The Standard Installment Plan (SIP) Spread your payments over 3 months with 3-6 installments. You’ll get a clear timeline for payments and no added fees.
    • Extended Installment Plan (EIP): Need a bit more time? Choose this plan to divide your payments over 5 months with 3-6 installments. To qualify, you’ll either need to pay a small 5% extra fee or keep your course attendance at 90% or higher
  • If you pay your Course Fee by SIP /EIP, you must pay the invoice provided to you via email within fourteen(14) days of the Agreement Date.
  • If you pay your Course Fee by by SIP /EIP, you must:
    • Pay the invoice for the deposit and any administrative fees provided to you via
    • email to Mr & Mrs Cloud within two (2) days of the Agreement Date.
    • Pay all installments on or before the due date.
  • If you fail to pay any installment by the due date, Mr & Mrs Cloud will provide you with notice to remedy this. If you have not paid those installments within five (5) days of such notice being provided to you:
    • You may be required to pay an additional administrative fee as outlined in the Schedule of Administrative Fees.
    • Mr & Mrs Cloud reserves the right to:
      • Withhold provision of course materials.
      • Restrict access to the online learning system.
      • Notify relevant credit agencies of your default.
  •  If you are in arrears with three or more installments, the total outstanding balance of the

Effects on Course Access

  • Continuous access to course materials, the Learning Management System, and other student services is contingent upon the timely and full payment of the monthly subscription fee.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension of access until payment is received.

Studying with Mr & Mrs Cloud

  • Once you have accepted this Agreement and paid your Course Fees you will receive a Welcome Email. This will include your log-in details to the Learning Management System, which is the primary system used for the delivery of the course.
  • Mr & Mrs Cloud courses are structured into modules or phases. To progress in the course, you must complete activities and submit assessments for a given module or phase as specified in the Learning Management System. Once you have successfully completed the specified activities and assessments you will progress to subsequent modules or phases in your course.
  • Failure to abide by the Code of Professional Conduct during your studies may result in the cancellation of your enrolment.
  • Mr & Mrs Cloud reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any courses, content, or materials offered on our platform at any time, without prior notice. This flexibility ensures that our educational offerings remain relevant, current, and in alignment with industry standards and advancements. You agree to accept such changes and acknowledge that these modifications may be made to enhance the learning experience, reflect technological advancements, or comply with new educational insights.

Course Transfer

Mr & Mrs Cloud understands that some students may wish to pursue an alternative course after commencing their studies with Mr & Mrs Cloud. In such cases, you can apply for a Course Transfer.
  • To apply for a Course Transfer, you must:
    • be up-to-date with all Course Fees;
    • submit a request via email to academy@mrandmrscloud.com within two (2) weeks of the Agreement Date; and
    • pay any additional fees as outlined in the Schedule of Administrative Fees.
  • If the new course is of greater value than your current course, then you will need to pay such additional Course Fees.
  • If the new course is of lesser value than your current course, then you:
    • Will need to continue to pay your current Course Fee; and
    • May use the difference between the current Course Fee and new Course Fee towards a future course with Mr & Mrs Cloud. Any such future course must be commenced within 6 months of the completion of the new course.
  • If you undertake a Course Transfer you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Approval of a Course Transfer is at Mr & Mrs Cloud’s absolute discretion.

Special Consideration

  • Mr & Mrs Cloud understands that some students may experience difficulties that may impact on their ability to complete their course. In such cases, students should apply for Special Consideration in accordance with the Special Consideration Policy.
    • Be up-to-date with all Course Fees.
    • Submit a Special Consideration request via email academy@mrandmrscloud.com to Mr & Mrs Cloud.
    • Pay any additional fees as outlined in the Schedule of Administrative Fees.
  • If Special Consideration is approved, Mr & Mrs Cloud may:
    • Defer the commencement of your course.
    • Extend the duration of your course.
    • Agree with you on an alternative payment plan.
    • Provide additional learning support to you.
  • An application for Special Consideration cannot be made after the expiry of the course duration.
  • Approval of Special Consideration is at Mr & Mrs Cloud’s absolute discretion.

Cancellation and Refund

  • If you wish to terminate your studies before the completion of your course, you must submit the Cancellation Request request via email academy@mrandmrscloud.com to Mr & Mrs Cloud in writing.
  • A refund of the Course Fee, less the applicable Administrative Fees as outlined in the Schedule of Administrative Fees, will only be issued if Mr & Mrs Cloud receives the Cancellation Request within the Refund Period.
  • The refund period is defined as three (3) calendar days from either the Agreement Date or course commencement. This is because we provide authorized course content, and access must be revoked to regain cloud licenses.
  • If you fail to notify Mr & Mrs Cloud of your Cancellation Request within the Refund Period, you are liable to pay the Course Fee to Mr & Mrs Cloud in full, unless otherwise stated in the terms of this Agreement.
  • If your enrolment is canceled as a result of a breach of the Code of Professional Conduct, you will not be entitled to any refund.

Career Guidance Program

  • Some Mr & Mrs Cloud courses enable students to participate in the Career Support
    Program. To meet the Career Support Program Requirements, you must:
    • Have full working rights in Australia.
    • Complete all coursework and projects to a satisfactory level.
    • Be up-to-date with all Course Fees.

Mr. & Mrs. Cloud are committed to helping you navigate your career path. Our Career Guidance
Program leverages your unique strengths, qualifications, past experiences, and skills to offer
tailored advice on suitable job roles. We help you identify areas where additional upskilling may
be beneficial to enhance your job prospects.

Strengths Assessment

To uncover your key strengths, we recommend taking the CliftonStrengths assessment
(CliftonStrengths Top 5). This valuable tool provides insights to help you understand your talents
and how to best apply them in a professional setting.

Please note that students are responsible for the associated fee. Mr. & Mrs. Cloud will review your
results and offer guidance in applying these strengths to your job search.

Interview Preparation Sessions

Mr. & Mrs. Cloud will provide a resume template and 60% of the course-related content for your
resume. You will be responsible for completing the remaining 40% with your personal
information, past experiences, and any additional details. We will offer guidance and review to
ensure your resume effectively highlights your skills and makes a strong impression on potential
employers.

  • Important Note: We encourage you to actively edit and customize your resume for each
    job application, tailoring it to the specific requirements outlined in the job description.

LinkedIn Banner

Mr. & Mrs. Cloud understands the importance of a strong professional online presence. After you
complete the first course milestone, we will prepare a custom LinkedIn banner for you,
highlighting your skills and professional focus. This banner will help you create a positive first
impression on potential employers.

  • Important Note: For any future changes or updates to your LinkedIn banner, we
    encourage you to use tools like Canva, Adobe, or other similar platforms. These
    resources offer user-friendly design options to customize your banner as your skills and
    experience evolve.

Job Support Disclaimer

Mr. & Mrs. Cloud aims to equip job seekers and learners with the latest in-demand skills,
methodologies, frameworks, and knowledge to enhance their job readiness. While we provide
extensive guidance and support, Mr. & Mrs. Cloud is not a consulting or recruiting company. We
cannot guarantee job placement. Our focus is on empowering you with the tools and knowledge
necessary to excel in your job search.

Virtual Internship

Mr. & Mrs. Cloud offers an unpaid virtual internship based in Australia. This internship provides
valuable hands-on experience and exposure to real-world work environments within your chosen
field.

Understanding Unpaid Internships

In accordance with the Australian Fair Work Act 2009, unpaid internships are legal under specific
circumstances. Our internship program adheres to these guidelines, ensuring a focus on your
learning and professional development.

Use of Student Content

  • Mr & Mrs Cloud conducts regular student surveys to elicit feedback and testimonials, collects project work completed by students and obtains input from students into Mr & Mrs Cloud course content (‘Student Content’).
  • You grant Mr & Mrs Cloud an irrevocable, perpetual, unrestricted, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to copy, use, modify, publish, upload, distribute, transmit, publicly display and create derivative works from the Student Content for any purpose without compensation to you.
  • You authorize Mr & Mrs Cloud to use your name in combination with Student Content in any and all media in connection with Mr & Mrs Cloud.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • Mr & Mrs Cloud does not claim, represent or warrant that a course or course materials are suitable for your purposes or are error free. The courses and course materials are intended to be a learning aid only and are not intended to be a substitute for your own study, completion of study assignments, work or class attendance.
  • All content provided by Mr & Mrs Cloud, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Mr & Mrs Cloud, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Mr & Mrs Cloud:

Authorized or 3rd Party Courses Mr. & Mrs. Cloud delivers some courses in conjunction with various cloud vendors or 3rd party partners, such as Salesforce, Google Cloud, AWS, and many others, as specified on the Mr. & Mrs. Cloud website.
In respect of authorized or 3rd party courses, you are not permitted to:
  • Copy, distribute, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or transfer any of the course materials or proprietary rights belonging to Mr. & Mrs Cloud or its partners, or make them available to any third party
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any of the course materials, or otherwise attempt to reconstruct or discover any source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, file formats, or programming interfaces.
  • Create derivative works based on any of the course materials.
  • Modify, remove, or obscure any copyright, trademark, patent, or other notices or legends that appear on any of the course materials.
  • Utilize any software or technology designed to circumvent any license keys or copy protection used in connection with course materials.
  • Scrape, export, store, or otherwise retain any copies of raw data which Mr. & Mrs. Cloud may access through any of the course materials.
  • Use any of the course materials to develop a competitive product or service offering.
  • Reproduce any portion of any of the course materials
  • Use any of the course materials in a manner that violates or infringes any laws, intellectual property rights belonging to Mr. & Mrs. Cloud or its partners, or third-party privacy rights
  • Publish or disclose to third parties any evaluation or benchmarking relating to any of the course materials.
Please note: These restrictions are in place to protect the intellectual property rights of Mr. & Mrs Cloud and our course partners.

Other Terms

  • If your course prepares you to undertake external examinations, you are responsible for establishing your own eligibility and making arrangements to attend and pay for any fees and charges.
  • The course material that Mr & Mrs Cloud provides to you shall become your property. However, the content of the course materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Mr & Mrs Cloud or a nominated third party. You may not reproduce any part of the course materials or assessments without the prior written consent of Mr & Mrs Cloud.
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
  • By accepting this Agreement:
    • you are warranting that you are not legally bankrupt; and
    • you are giving your consent to Mr & Mrs Cloud undertaking a credit check on you.
